spinning my wheels a little.

Happy Thursday! It is time for another weigh in check in- and while my numbers are not amazing they are not awful. I'm just very happy to announce that I have not gained anymore weight- so I weigh the same today that I did last week. I feel a little like I'm spinning my wheels a bit...

Like I mentioned previously- my handsome hubby and have been trying to get through May and the food we bought in May before we fully started the new diet. Mainly because we just don't have the money to buy a whole bunch of new food this month (we would buy those a freezer frozen steam-in-a-bag meals and pasta meals - then cook those throughout the month). Tomorrow, though, is June (starting a new month of budgeting)- we will have run out of the meals we purchased in May- both my hubby and me will be paid- and we are going to sit down and work out our game plan (aka - a meal plan) then start our healthier diet. :D

Yes! My handsome hubby agreed to do the diet with me to help encourage me to stick with it! :D Isn't he amazing? He's truly the best. I don't know what I would do without his support.

So to quickly review - we're are working through the Eat to Live diet and for about six-ish weeks we will be working through the diet on the slightly more 'strict' diet (which will act like a training period for making it a overall healthier lifestyle). Then we will ease back into a more 'relaxed' diet. All in all we are just trying to introduce an overall healthier diet in our day to day lifestyle. I'm pretty excited to get this going. No more spinning wheels - no more "semi-dieting."
