Thank you so much for visiting Okay Miss Art + Design! All designs and illustrations are lovingly hand lettered and drawn. All physical goods are hand crafted (printed, folded, packaged, etc) by hand.
All designs are © Okay Miss Art + Design and should not be reproduced.
Returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations or returns
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will do everything I can to make things right. In case of physical items arriving damaged or defective, I will send replacements at no additional cost.
Returns and exchange details
If there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied for any reason please let me know- as each situation is unique I will do my best to work with you to find a solution.
No refunds or returns are available on digital/downloadable items. All sales are final.
Payment
Okay Miss Art + Design accepts credit card payments. Please note- shipments can only be shipped and digital goods will only be available once payment is received.
Shipping
All shipments are sent via USPS once payment is received. I usually ship within two business days. USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.
All items are packaged with love, and sent to the address you enter - so please make sure this address is where you'd like it to be sent. Okay Miss Art + Design is not responsible for packages getting lost or not delivered due to incorrect addresses. If your purchase is returned to me though- I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.

DIGITAL WORK
Please note that any digital files purchased are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed in any capacity. Also because of the nature of digital files- I cannot promise the quality of items printed from your home. I can recommend printing on cardstock from a printer with full ink supplies.
NATURE OF HANDMADE
Due to the fact that I make every single physical item ordered by hand- there may be very small variances adding character and an individual beauty to each an every item. I do have high standards for quality control and only sell items that meet those standards.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I am happy to discuss custom orders with you! Just be aware that Okay Miss Art + Design is a small, one woman shop so custom orders will take a little longer for creation and shipping.
Please note- I will not reproduce your exact design for any other listing, but I do reserve the right to reuse any generic lettering that is created for your order in new applications. Rest assured though- I will not ever reuse names, dates, or personal information used for your custom order.
WHOLESALE
Currently, I do not do wholesale- but am excited about growing my business! So if you are interested in wholesale purchasing please contact me and we can discuss it further.

Okay Miss Art + Design offers advertising in the form of sponsored content and/or banner ads. If you think your brand fits the aesthetic seen here on Okay Miss and will be of interests to our readers, please fill out this form for more information and a media kit.
Although you see sponsored posts, all opinions expressed are my own.
Product Reviews
I love trying new products and am happy to review quality products. If there is something you would like me to review and promote, please contact me. I’ll need to assess if it’s something I think my readers would be interested in and fits with my aesthetic. I strive to keep Okay Miss a positive and encouraging place, so I only review products I love.
Discount Codes
I love offering discount codes to readers! If you are interested please contact me with your shop info and the type of discount you would like to offer. Discounts are most successful if they are at least 15% or free shipping and run for at least a week (2 weeks to a month is preferable).

Any items gifted to me are listed with ‘c/o.’ Like all of the content on this site, I only feature products I genuinely love and support.
Photos
Please be thoughtful when using artwork or photography from this site. If you decide to share artwork or photography from To Live Beautifully on social media or your blog please always cite back to the original post and provide proper credit. Also note that anytime you see photos credited back to another site that you are respectful of the original owners wishes with their photography and artwork.
