Hello February!
So January was interesting. And horribly stressful for me… but now January has come and gone. Anyone else feeling like the whole system we’re existing in right now is really precarious? I really think we need to put down our phones - look up from our social media - and have conversations with the people around us.
Day to day has changed a little bit for me. My new boss started at work which has eased up some of the extra workload I was carrying for a bit there and I’m still doing some fun work on the side. My hubby and I are trying to start a practice of not working at all one day every weekend- give ourselves some time for actual rest. We’re still getting used it- but we’ve already noticed that we’ve felt a lot more recharged come Monday mornings.
I didn’t create a quote this year- but I did two different patterns and calendars. One for the romantics and one for those of us who would rather not see anymore hearts this month. :)
