EnjoyLife_CoverI've had some health concerns recently (nothing serious at all)- and I've really started to think about and examine my (not awesome) eating and sleeping habits. I've slipped back into some old habits with my eating (damn you carbs and sugar!) and I've never been very good at making sure I get good enough sleep regularly (recovering night owl).I really want to take care of myself... mind, body, spirit. All of it. I know that I feel better when I cut back on my sugar and increase my vegetable intake. I definitely know I feel happier after a good nights sleep. And I've been learning how powerful a long, deep breath can be for calming myself down.Eat healthy. Sleep well. Breathe deeply.
