Industrial Minimalist

Happy Tuesday!! Have a super unique dwelling place to share... that I don't have much info about, but couldn't pass up the uniqueness of the decor. So often I find amazing photos of dwelling spaces that I would have a hard time calling home- but I can't help but gather a little inspiration for my home. I spefically love the lighting in the kitchen and the couch, rug, and coffee table in the living room space.What do you think of this space? Too minimal? Too industrial?
