oh the industrial and eclectic

Happy Tuesday! Mercy... this reorganization and redecorating thing is really sucking all of my time! We (meaning my hubby and an awesome guy he works with) put up floating shelves yesterday and lets just say the age old saying of measure twice cut once also applies to putting up floating shelves only I might say measure twice and attach securely to wall once. Just putting that out there- I'm just happy they're up and not falling off the wall like they would have if I had put them up.Anyway- while I am putting my home together I have some awesome shots of a wonderful eclectic dwelling that uses industrial touches perfectly. There is a particularly vintage flair to this gorgeous dwelling place without feeling stuffy which I partially credit to the industrial elements, but also to the clean white walls, ceilings, and floors creating a fresh palette where all the unique elements can really pop.
