I'm pretty excited about my health- Jacob and I ate a few salt water taffies on Fourth of July and we didn't feel very good from just that (which was a little depressing... we won't be able to eat much sugar anymore??). I'm ready to eat a little more different things like bread and pasta and chocolate (how I have missed chocolate!), but it is kind of cool to think that we have trained our bodies to not crave or enjoy the bad stuff anymore. :)We're going to keep up most of our current eating habits as our six weeks end. I'm still aiming for a lower BMI and to be in better shape. :)
