One Hundred Happy Days.
A huge part of my therapy and personal challenge is to live in the moment and to focus and enjoy the current moment at hand. Well- a couple weeks ago I stumbled across the #100happydays challenge and got pretty excited about the challenge to find at least one thing every day that makes me happy and document it.I started the challenge on February 1st (if you follow me on instagram you might have noticed me using the #100happydays hashtag). It has been a little difficult just to remember to do it- I get so busy with life (don't we all) that it has almost slipped my mind a couple times. Sometimes it is really easy- like on Valentine's day my husband surprised me with flowers and chocolate hiding out in my car cup holders (aw). Other times ... on more normal days I have to make a specific effort to remember to notice and acknowledge and capture a happy moment.I'm really really enjoying the challenge.
