Patxi's Pizza.

My handsome hubby loves pizza- I mean he LOVES pizza. I call him my pizza sommelier or my pizza connoisseur (lol). So generally we end eating at every pizza place we see that my husband likes the look of- so two weeks ago we stopped into this newer pizza place that my husband has been wanting to try call Patxi's Pizza (I'm a little unsure about how you pronounce it... Pat-chee's I think is what the waitress said).Anyway- we picked the Spinacini Nuovi thin crust pizza the first time we went and it was amazing. They specialize though in their unique deep dish pizza- so yesterday my hubby and I went back so we could try their deep dish pizza (lol - that's what I get for marrying a pizza sommelier). ;)The food was fantastic there. I got the Arugula Salad each time which was fantastic (make sure you get some cracked pepper on it). This last time we tried the Spinach and Artichoke Dip which was also good. I personally preferred the thin crust pizza a little bit more- but truly not by much. We got the California Deep Dish Pizza - it was very good and very unique.They have a great staff that was very attentive and really nice. It was pretty amazing too because the manager recognized us even after only being in once before. Plus they have fantastic decor- industrial but cozy (with brick and wood of course... can't seem to get over that combination). I highly recommend you try it for the food and the atmosphere. They have locations in Colorado and in California.
