Home Tour : Paired with Belmar

mainphotoMy hubby and I spent the entire weekend looking at condos, townhomes, and build-to-own homes. It was exhausting and fun, but we realized that what we want in our home we are going to have to save up a little more to afford. So we are pausing our house hunting for a while... probably about a year or two (yes... long pause button). My husband is pretty adamant about putting atleast twenty percent down... but he also likes nice, new homes so we are going to stay in our apartment for a while longer while we save up.Β He did agree to let me redecorate since we are staying in the apartment longer. :DAnyway- I wanted to share one of the home tours we went on that we absolutely loved (if only we could afford it right now!). We loved the location as well as the homes... and I'm pretty sure we will be using them to inspire our home search in the future (which we may still build. so that will be fun). :D We loved the modern feel and all the textures like the wood floors and brick accent walls. Plus the homes are in Belmar which is a favorite area of ours (its is a little pricey to live there- not as bad as Downtown Denver). We could just walk to Wholefoods, Target, and bunch of great stores. Sigh. Love it.cypress_living willow_living cypress_kitchen willow_kitchen cypress_loft willow_loft cypress_master willow_mastersource : kb home belmar
