to insist on relaxing

So I finally successfully completed the water challenge from like three weeks ago. I mentioned that I got an infection last week which forced me to drink a lot of water thus allowing me to finally complete my personal challenge to drink at least 24 oz of water everyday. I was doing well leading up to getting sick of drinking right around 24 oz everyday - but I got sick and I've started drinking roughly 86 oz of water everyday. So... I guess there is a plus to getting a little sick. I'm still not feeling 100 percent, which is incredibly annoying- but what can you do.

Over the weekend my handsome hubby treated me to a day at the spa and it was absolutely wonderful. I had an amazing massage, a wonderful shampoo and style, a pedicure, and a manicure. It was relaxing and stress relieving and it was fun to walk out feeling fresh and beautiful. And thus inspired this week's challenge.I have to relax. I have to take time for myself.Things are quite stressful these days at work. My masseuse told me I was far too young for my muscles to be as tight as they are- I can't sit in one place all day at work. I should go for a massage more often. I should get my nails done more often- its really nice to feel confidant about my appearance with just my nails looking nice and clean.My challenge for this week (not really just this week) is to relax. It doesn't have to be at the spa- it just needs to be some time for myself without work or house cleaning.
