fruity summer love

Happy Friday everyone. It is a very fruity edition of pinterest finds friday. :) I love all the fruit that comes into season during the summer. I grew up in a agriculture heavy area of Colorado- so during the summers there were always a bunch of farmer stands on the edge of farms and at gas stations where we would pick up fresh berries and peaches and corn and tomatoes and almost anything you can of (like my favorite summer snack as a child were lemon cucumbers... they are just more round and yellow than normal cucumbers you see in the supermarket... and they're less bitter). There were a lot of tiny little towns that each specialized in different types of produce like Olathe (sweet corn) and Palisade (peaches) were not far from my home town (apples was the main produce in the tiny town I grew up in... but those are in season during the fall).That being said I was daydreaming about my childhood and decided to collect the yummiest looking fruity dishes I stumbled across on pinterest this week.1.
