I have just discovered the one of the best books ever. I'm unbelievably excited and had to post this immediately (I just finished reading it... like two seconds ago). Woot... one book down on my goals for this year (to read at least 4 new books)!
So have been trying lately to clean up my
cosmetics. But I go to store... stare at all the cosmetics that promise me the beauty I want... and I feel utterly confused. I want so badly make the right choice when selecting my makeup so as to not add more awful chemicals into my body- but its hard what with all the
green washing and horribly confusing ingredient lists.Thus... my recent book discovery has really brightened my day. The books is called
No More Dirty Looks (written by Siobhan O’Connor and Alexandra Spunt). Not only does the book explain to you the dangers of the different chemicals commonly found in your different products... It gives your wonderful options to try! Ha! Life made easier my friend! Plus, they give you "at your drugstore options" so you don't
have to order online. :)
